We can’t wait for your pup to get their order!

All of our products are made with love and attention. We work hard to provide the best quality and experience. Our current processing time is between 3-5 days.

Shipping time is separate and depends on your shipping method chosen at checkout.

You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

We ship domestic and worldwide with the United States Postal Service (USPS). Standard shipping is with USPS First Class. First Class mail includes tracking information (to addresses within the USA, Canada and some other select countries), but does not include insurance.

If you would like to include insurance on your package in case your item is damaged or goes missing, we highly recommend upgrading to Priority Mail.  


USA DOMESTIC USPS SHIPPING OPTIONS:
First Class: 1-5 days
Priority Mail:  1-3 days
Express: Next day to 2 days

USPS INTERNATIONAL MAIL OPTIONS:
First Class International: 6-20 business days or 1-4 weeks depending on region
Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days
Priority Mail Express International:  3-5 business days


All orders are delivered by USPS or UPS. 

  • It’s the customer's responsibility to ensure they’ve entered the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • All orders are sent via USPS or UPS shipping with tracking.
  • If a delivery is “Returned to Sender” then that means the customer entered an incorrect shipping address. In order for it to be sent back a new shipping label fee will have to be paid by the customer. The original shipping charges also can not be refunded.
  • Customers are responsible for any custom or import duties, which vary by country. Please contact your local customs office before placing an order. 

If your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping time, please check your tracking information and confirm that your address is correct. Next please check for any service disruptions alerts in your region. You can also call USPS with your tracking number at 1-800-275-8777 or go to your local post office with your tracking number to request more information. 

Lionbearpack is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Unfortunately, once your order is dropped off at the post office it’s outside of our control. 

  • If your package is lost, we suggest reaching out to USPS postal service to help track down your package. All of our orders are sent out with tracking. Here is a link to the USPS where you can start to find your missing package.
  • If tracking information indicates your package was delivered  but you didn’t receive it, please contact USPS postal service or your local post office who’ll be able to tell you where your package was scanned when delivered (via GPS). If you choose to use Priority shipping, please contact USPS to inquire about your insurance coverage.
