Here at LionBearPack we aim to create quality items. Returns and exchanges are applicable under the following conditions.

RETURNS

If you need to return an item please, we’ll accept non-personalized item(s) in its original condition within 14 days of placing your order. You can contact us at orders@lionbearpack.com with your order number.

However, we DO NOT accept returns on personalized or custom and final sale items. 

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.

START A RETURN

STEP 1:

First, please make sure your return item(s) meet the following requirements to be eligible for a return:

  • Return item(s) must be in its original, unaltered condition
  • No stains
  • No marks
  • No smells
  • No rips
  • No fur
  • Any tags or packaging have to remain attached.
  • Final Sale & Personalized or custom items cannot be returned due to their custom nature.

STEP 2:

  • To start a return you can contact us at orders@lionbearpack.com with your order number.
  • Customer is responsible for the shipping cost to send back the return. We recommend you send back your order with tracking. 
    • LionBearPack is not responsible for items that are lost in the mail while being shipped back to us. 

STEP 3:

  • Once the item(s) are received, we’ll inspect your return. If the return is approved or not, you’ll receive an email notification from us.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be issued towards your original method of payment. Please note, it can take between 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If after 10 business days you haven’t received your refund please contact your bank or credit card company.

If we do not receive your return or return request after 14 days since your order was placed, then your return package or return request is no longer eligible and we won’t be able to accept your return package.

REFUNDS

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If you’re returning your entire order for a refund, the shipping cost is deducted from the total refund amount since It was the shipping cost paid by LionBearPack.
  • Refunds will be issued after your return items are received and qualified to be in a re-sellable condition.
  • Final sale items DO NOT qualify.
  • Not available for personalized or custom products.

EXCHANGES

  • If you ordered the wrong size, please reach out to us at orders@lionbearpack.com with your order number and the new size you want. Invoice will be emailed with the price difference and new shipping label cost.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s expense.
  • Not available for personalized or custom items.

STORE CREDITS

  • Available for final sale or clearance products. Store credit will be for the total amount paid for final sale items excluding shipping cost.
  • Not available for personalized or custom items.
  • Issued after your return items are received and checked to be in re-sellable condition.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s expense.

 

We always check our orders before we send them out. However, if you think your item is damaged or defective then please reach out to us via email orders@lionbearpack.com with your order number, pictures and description of the issue. Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. If we find it to be faulty then we’ll cover the shipping cost.

If we’ve sent you the wrong items we are very sorry. Please contact us at orders@lionbearpack.com with your order number. We’ll cover the shipping cost as well.

All personalized or custom items do not qualify for a return.
