As much as you love your bandana we recommend removing it before any rough play dates or wet/muddy adventures so it stays pawsome longer! 

You can spot clean or you can also clean by hand with soap and lukewarm water, and let it air dry. But if you need to deep clean we recommend placing it in a delicates bag before machine washing with cold water and on a gentle cycle. Let it air dry. Gently iron if needed. Do not iron over vinyl name.

Bandanas WITH pom poms or trims should only be hand washed with cool water and soap, then let it air dry. Do not iron over the pom pom or trim.

We recommend spot cleaning. You can also clean by hand with lukewarm water and soap, and let it air dry. But if it gets very dirty you can place it in a delicates bag, machine wash with cold water on the gentle cycle, and let it air dry.

The shipping time is separate from processing time. Also, shipping time depends on the USPS delivery shipping method chosen at checkout by the customer. USPS First Class standard shipping is around 2-5 business days.

Yes we ship internationally. However, we’re not responsible for any custom or import duties, which vary depending on the country. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order. 

Please contact us as soon as possible within 24 hours. 

If your order has already shipped then you can start the return or exchange process once your order arrives to you.

Please always double check you’ve enter your correct shipping address.

If you notice you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped we can change it for you. 

If your order has been shipped, then we need to wait for the order to be “Returned to Sender” for it to be reshipped. The customer is responsible for paying for the new shipping label.

Yes we do ONLY for non-personalized items. Personalized or custom dog bandanas are excluded and do not qualify. Please visit our returns & exchanges policy here for more info.

Lionbearpack is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Unfortunately, once your order is dropped off at the post office it’s outside of our control. All of our orders are sent out with tracking. If your order is lost, we suggest reaching out to USPS postal service to help track down your package.  Here is a link with USPS where you can start to find your missing package. 

Yes but you MUST cancel within 1-2 hours of placing your order. Reach out to us via email hello@lionbearpack 

Once you receive a notification your return has been delivered, then it has reached our post office but not necessarily picked up by us. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for return to process, taking into consideration any shipping delays and collection time. However, we do our best to process returns the same week they’re received. 

No, only one discount code is allowed per order.

Unfortunately no, the discount code must be used at the time of purchase.
